And here I thought that it was just a geek like me who would be interested in stuff like this, but the Boston Globe made SEM by presidential candidates front page news! Wired and a few blogs had already covered this issue, but I am glad that the Globe considers this front page news. While candidates advertising spending has been news for awhile, SEM is now part of that spend and a part that not only are people coming in contact with, but are noticing and understanding. Sure the Globe article has to explain what and where the ads are, but all the same I take this as an indication of how SEM is growing in influence.
