I just updated to WordPress 2.7.1 and it went swimmingly.  I can see no difference to the display of the site, but the admin offers a lot of new features that are very exciting, auto-updating especially.  Also very gratifying is that none of my existing plugins seem to have any problems with the new version of WordPress.

I didn’t get to the addition of Facebook Connect Commenting this weekend, but perhaps in the next couple of weeks, especially if it starts catching on.
